Jade Phoenix is a queer trans femme artist, activist, and mother. Jade's work has been dedicated to serving the LGBTQ+ community over the last 10 years as a teaching artist, keynote speaker, educator, advocate, and organizer.

Over the last 6 weeks, Jade has been suffering from a severe pain flare that is believed to have been caused by her hormone replacement therapy, which has been a part of her gender transition over the last decade.

This flare has severely limited Jade's ability to walk and capacity for work and labor, and as a result, she has fallen behind on her monthly bills. Not to mention having to deal with the emotional grief of having to let go of the hormone replacement therapy that has been a key part of her gender transition.
