Around 12:30 am my drag daughter jade Monroe was in a car accident in downtown Richmond Virginia. The driver fled the scene leaving his vehicle before any information could be exchanged. Her car is out of commission for the foreseeable future in what is likely to be a lengthy and expensive process to fix. Her vehicle is her only means of transportation to work as well as the means for her secondary income of food delivery as well as transporting all her dj equipment for drag. Jade has been a longtime member and tastemaker of the rva community and has provided opportunities to SEVERAL members of the lgbt community.
