On the evening of November 20th, Jacquie Commons was found unresponsive at home and rushed to the hospital. Her heart stopped three times, and despite the valiant efforts of the doctors and nurses, she unfortunately passed away less than 24 hours later.

Jacquie is survived by her husband of 34 years, her two daughters, son, and pets. Her sudden death has sent shockwaves through the family.
