Our beloved Jacque, and her loving husband, Jordan, are going through the unthinkable.

Around 5pm Tuesday, February 3rd, two hikers found Jacque unconscious near Bridal Veil Falls. She had sustained a major fall and hit her head. She was life-flighted to the hospital where she is currently in critical, but stable condition.

At this time, we know she has multiple brain bleeds, a large skull fracture, facial fractures, and a minimal tear of the carotid artery.

Jacque has always had a deep love for the outdoors. From outdoor photography, climbing, highland games, aerial arts, and hiking, she is deeply connected to nature. We know she will fight with everything she has to be able to return to her family and all the things she loves.

Currently, she is currently in the ICU and being sedated while they are monitoring the swelling of her brain. It will still be a few days before we know if she is out of the woods.

There is a long road ahead for both Jordan and Jacque. It is anticipated that she will spend a week in the ICU, and then be moved to the neurology unit.

The last thing they need to worry about is medical bills.
