My name is Jacqueline. I am 38 years old. I have 3 children; my daughter is on the spectrum, and my twin boys have ADHD. I am a single mother, I do not get child support since we don't know where my ex-husband even is anymore. My daughter is working towards her GED and prepping for college in the spring. The twins are sophomores in high-school. I am trying to raise funds to get my electricity turned back on and pay some bills that I got behind on while dealing with 2 heart attacks in less than 2 years, and brain issues.

I found out in January of 2024, when I had my first heart attack, that I have what is called a Ramus artery, an extra artery in my heart that less than 20% of the population has, I didn't know I had this until my first heart attack. I had never even heard of a Ramus artery before this. I also have a brain disorder called No Sella syndrome, which means part of my brain is missing, caused by a tumor. My doctor and I just found the tumor, so we are working on finding a fix for it, and the issues it is causing.

Because of these issues and 2 deaths in our little family pretty much back to back, I have gotten behind on bills, and my electricity has been shut off. I am behind on the water bill, my car payment, and vet bills for the kids' support animals. I have a job taking care of elders with dementia, I love my job and being able to help my residents have the best possible quality of life! Seeing my residents smile makes me so happy! I just need to get caught up and not feel like I am drowning. Anything will help! Thank you in advance!
