Support Jacob's Second Battle with Cancer

Jacob is a 16 year old hockey player who is getting ready to start his second battle with cancer this year. We are trying to raise money for medical and household bills while in the hospital. He started his journey in December with a tumor in his chest which was treated and removed in April. He currently has tumors in his lungs, liver, kidneys and some bones. He is at Motts currently getting ready to begin treatment again.
