Hello, my name is Jacob. I'm very sorry for the GoFundMe page, but I've been having bad health issues and recently this week it had gotten to the point where I need to go to the hospital. I've just gotten surgery and am now being hospitalized. It can take up to 6 weeks for me to return to work. I need help financially to recover from the time I've been out of work and to pay for the hospital bill. The bill has gone up to 40,000 dollars at the moment.
