Jacob Tyler Guernsey is my only son, and he means the world to me. Six months ago, Jacob was involved in a devastating traffic collision with a semi truck. He suffered a traumatic brain injury, along with fractures to his spine and face. Since the accident, Jacob has been in rehabilitation, working tirelessly every day to recover and regain his independence.


The journey has been incredibly challenging, both physically and emotionally. Jacob is 29 years old, and despite everything he’s been through, he remains grateful to be alive. His determination and positive spirit inspire everyone around him. Our family is doing everything we can to support him, but the medical bills and ongoing rehabilitation costs are overwhelming.
