Support Jacob's Heart Surgery and Recovery

Hi I’m Jacob seath I’m 35 years old. I love to fish, hunt and work hard and help others when in need. I love my 2 children so much. I had a stroke on April 4th 2025 that lead the doctors to find a hole in my heart. Which I need heart surgery to fix it. I won’t be able to work for a few months and my medical bills are stacking up. Well all bills are. I’m struggling financially and emotionally.
