We are reaching out on behalf of our friend and coworker, Jacob Borders, a 30-year-old husband and father who is currently facing serious and ongoing health challenges related to his heart. He has been living with a serious condition for some time and is now preparing to pursue further medical opinions and treatment options in hopes of improving his quality of life and extending his time with his loved ones.

As the primary provider for his family, taking time off work to focus on his health comes with a heavy financial toll. This journey comes with not only emotional and physical strain, but also a significant financial burden.
