Support Jacob's Dream: Study in Israel

Many of you know my son’s journey within Judaism and have had the opportunity to hear it through my excitement or through Facebook. Some may even have had the pleasure of guiding him along this path.
4 yrs ago Jacob approached me feeling lost and stating that he wanted to be closer to G-d and understand his faith and heritage. He was guided towards a Chabad Rabbi who wrapped Jake with Tefillin for the first time and Jacob became a Bar Mitzvah. From that point on Jacob was determined to study Torah and help bring light into this world.
Jacob has worked diligently over the last 4 years now graduating HS as Magna Cum Laude and will be receiving his Associates degree with High Honors. He volunteers weekly and holds a part time job and studies Torah multiple times a week all while keeping the Sabbath every weekend and maintaining a Kosher diet.
Jacob will be receiving the bright futures scholarship in Florida which grants him 100% college tuition for 4yrs! Jacob also helped bring the first Jewish Student Union to Pasco County and served as the President of the JSU for his school. If all of these accolades weren’t enough, he has also traveled throughout the US speaking at different conferences telling his story through Judaism. He has been very determined and accomplished with hopes of being able to take a gap year and study in Israel.
Jacob now has the opportunity to study Judaism in Israel this upcoming school year. He will be living and going to school at a yeshiva in Jerusalem.
Jacob has earned two-thirds of the tuition, but we still have some ways to go. He will be there on a student visa and will be volunteering as well, so he is unable to work while there.
This is such a gift and an amazing opportunity to learn and to grow as a student, a young man, and a Jew.
His entire journey has been humbling and awakening. He has had an amazing community by his side. Now I am humbly asking an even larger community if you could help me make this gap year a reality for him. Any help is greatly appreciated and would go towards tuition, medical, cell service, flights, and monthly expenses.
Bezerat Hashem, may we all be as certain of where our paths must go. May we all have the courage to follow that path.
