Support Jaylynn & Jacob after the loss of their baby girl ♥️

As some of you may know, on Saturday, July 27th, 2024, at approximately 9:30pm, my sister-in-law, Jaylynn Vallejo, who was 25 weeks pregnant, was in a horrific accident. She was making a left-hand turn on Kirkwood Highway when a drunk driver ran a red light at 60+mph and hit her head-on. She was immediately taken to the hospital to have testing done. Jaylynn was covered in bruises all over her body, but after all testing was done, Mom and baby were stable. The next morning, things took a turn for the worst. Ellisianna’s heart rate began to drop, and Jaylynn was taken for an emergency c-section. Unfortunately, baby Ellisianna did not make it. We are all devastated, to say the least.
My brother-in-law, Jacob Baker, and sister-in-law, Jaylynn Vallejo, have been trying for a family of their own for years now. They have suffered through 3 miscarriages, and they were finally getting a chance at their little family. They deserved this family and so much more! Ellisianna was healthy the entire pregnancy, everything was going great. They did everything right. They worked so hard for their family. Ellisianna’s bedroom is all put together, and we were all supposed to be celebrating her and Jaylynn at the baby shower on September 14th.
Our family will never be the same. Ellisianna’s future was taken away from her because someone made the poor choice to get behind the wheel while intoxicated. Please, if you’re reading this, don’t ever drink and drive. Call a friend, family member, Lyft, or Uber. There are so many options out there nowadays, this tragedy could have very well been prevented. That man selfishly decided to put not only his life in danger but the lives of others in danger by getting behind that wheel. We cannot believe this happened and are grieving.
I know that nothing can take the pain of losing their baby girl away, but we decided to create this GoFundMe to help relieve Jacob & Jaylynn of any financial stress that is to come from these extremely tragic events.
Please consider donating if able, if you cannot please share to spread awareness, and please, please don’t you ever get behind the wheel while intoxicated.
