- Hey I’m starting a gofundme for my husband Jacob Gonzales he was in a car accident August 21st at 1030pm. Our lives has completely changed, he suffered a traumatic brain injury to the left side of his brain which controls the right side of the body functions as well as speech and motor skill's. The nurses are telling us he will need to be in long term care facility for his rehabilitation. Before this Jacob was a very active person who loved to workout and was definitely a workaholic. He is a father of 4 children who he adores with all his heart. The thought of him in the state he is in now is heartbreaking for his friends and family. The road to recovery for traumatic brain injury is long and demanding while he is making progress the medical expenses and long term care is going to be overwhelming to say the least. This accident has been physically and emotionally taxing and will cause a financial strain. Any donations no matter the size will help his recovery without the stress of paying for his care.
