Support Jackson's Journey to Mayo Clinic

My name is Jackson, and I am 23 years old. I just graduated from college with a bachelor's degree in video game development design. I am beginning my master's degree in October with a degree in video game 3D modeling and animation. I was diagnosed 10 years ago with kidney disease, and 5 years ago with liver disease. I have been battling these diseases and a host of other health issues for 10 years now, and may health is rapidly declining. The past 10 years have consisted of scans, treatments, procedures, labs, doctors appointments, and still no answers and no hope of getting any better. Then today I received an unexpected phone call where I had been accepted as a patient of the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN. I will be arriving at the clinic in about a month. However, my Mom and I are trying to raise funds to pay for our plane tickets, lodging, and meals while we plan on being there for at least a week this first go around. Mom

will be traveling with me to the Mayo Clinic. My Mom is a Special Education Teacher on a limited income. Mom has always been my biggest advocate ,and she has never allowed me to give up on getting better.; therefore, I need her by my side in taking this journey to healing and recovery. This is my chance of getting not only treatment but answers. You see, I was adopted 23 years ago, and my adoptive parents received no medical history, basically a blank book about my birthparents; so the Mayo Clinic is my chance of finding out why I am not getting any better. We just need funds to purchase 2 plane tickets, lodging for a couple of weeks, and meals. We appreciate any help, and most importantly we welcome all your prayers. Thank You!!
