Hello, my name is Jackson Ortiz, and I am a Life Scout from Troop 113 working towards earning my Eagle Scout rank. For my Eagle Scout Project, I am refurbishing the iconic "SC" letters above the San Clemente High School football stadium, which have been there since the 1960s.

The existing letters are cracked and deteriorating, posing both aesthetic and safety concerns. Additionally, the lack of lighting makes it difficult for students and spectators to see the letters at night during games and events. My project will involve removing the old letters, creating new "SC" letters, framing them, adding stone, and installing lighting to ensure they are visible during evening activities. The completion of this project is anticipated by April 2025, just in time for graduation.

This project is significant not only because it addresses safety concerns, but also because it enhances the overall appearance and functionality of the stadium, contributing to a better experience for the entire community. However, I cannot accomplish this goal without your support.

The total amount required for this project is $9,000. Any extra money raised will be donated back to the school. I am reaching out to ask for your help in raising the necessary funds to complete this project.
