On December 13th, Jack was riding his motorcycle and was rear-ended by a pickup truck. We still don’t know all of the details of how it happened.

Jack has suffered a collapsed/punctured lung, fractured ribs, slight kidney injury, fractured hip, small fracture of his femur, and a compound fracture of the tibia and fibula. Somehow, he managed to escape without spinal or brain injuries. He just had his first surgery on his leg and will need a second surgery to place a rod in his leg.

At only 21, he recently bought his first house and works in plumbing. He will be unable to work for at least 3 months. We are asking for help to pay his bills as well as any medical bills not covered by insurance. He has a long road ahead of him and any help, even if you just share, would be appreciated.
