This gofundme is to help my dear friends Michele and Toni with veterinary bills for their wonderful cat Jack. Please give anything you can, these two have already been dealing with so much tragedy, just last week they had suddenly lost their dog Indie to a battle with cancer, and have had to pay a mountain of bills on top of their heartbreak. Now their cat Jack is experiencing complications and we need to do everything we can for him. Jack is the sweetest boy you’ll ever meet, he’s a loving, goofy, cuddly furball that’ll grab your hand and pull it to his face just to get some more pets. He has a bowel obstruction after experiencing something similar at the beginning of the year and is having difficulty eating, and will likely need extensive care to pull through. This is costly, and after losing Indie and paying for care in his last days, money is tight. Michele and Toni are two of the most wonderful people I know, they are so kind and generous and always lend a hand to anyone in need, which is why I so badly want to help them through this. Michele- 2025 has been a really rough start. On New Years we rushed Jack to the Vet and found he had a bowel obstruction, his own hairball. After lots of tears and spending over $7,000 on diagnosing, surgery, post surgery care, and medications, Jack made a full recovery. We changed his food to be more appropriate to handle hairballs and diligently brushing his coat everyday. After 6 weeks post op, sweet Jack stopped eating and drinking and as we suspected, it was another blockage.

On top of current bills and maxed out credit cards we are definitely at our limit. And only one week after losing our pup of 13 years, Indie to liver cancer. We are overwhelmed and at our limit. I know times are tough for everyone, but if you’re able please consider helping out my boy Jack with his surgery and care costs. Jack is the sweetest and most loving boy, if you ever met him, you would know. He loves attention, reaching out and grabbing you to keep petting him. He loves to snuggle our dog, Winry and giving her kisses. Jack has converted cat-haters into cat lovers, and has helped other cats get adopted because of that. He is my special guy and I can’t lose him so soon. Despite his bowel obstruction issues, he has very healthy blood work and lots of energy. It is not his time to go yet.
