Support Jack's Fight Against Lung Cancer

Hello everyone. Our kind and loving father Jack is battling his 5th major form of cancer in 9 years, this time it is in both of his lungs. He was initially diagnosed in 2015 with stage 4 squamous cell carcinoma in his jaw, which was followed by another set of stage 4 diagnoses (colon and a recurrence of the jaw cancer). Since December of 2016, he has been on a feeding tube & has had a little over 45 treatments of radiation for two of his cancers.

In the summer of 2022 he was diagnosed with lung cancer (stage 1) but it has returned since. He will be undergoing proton therapy & radiation therapy subsequently for 3 weeks starting in early June. Our goal is to raise funds to help alleviate some of the costs for this series of treatments (medical expenses, hotel stay, transportation, etc) so he can focus on getting the care he needs and fight this round of cancer.

Jack is a very loving and kind father who will always put other people’s needs before his very own. During these last 9 years, that has not changed. He remains strong, positive, and has displayed continued perseverance in fighting whatever comes his way. Following these former treatments, he has had to deplete his savings continuously to cover these expenses.
