Support Jack’s Fight against Leukemia ❤️

To all who know the Niederberger family, we are asking for your support. The tragic news of Jack's recent diagnosis of Leukemia (AML) is devastating. This type of cancer will be a very long and hard journey for the Niederberger family. While Jack is receiving treatment in the hospital, his family will need to reside in New York City for a long duration. Jack’s parents and brother, Clay, will be taking leave from their current positions and will stay with him for support. Our goal at this time is to ease the family’s burden under these trying times. 

 

Anyone who knows Jack recognizes that at only 19 years old, his presence lights up a room. He is fun-loving, adventurous, bright, and has big dreams. He is an aspiring pilot who is ambitiously driven to join the college of aeronautic engineering at Embry Riddle. As a life-long resident of Port Jefferson, he is loved by friends, teachers, coaches, neighbors and anyone who crosses his path. Please help us support this loving family who has always selflessly opened their home and hearts to family, friends, and the Port Jefferson community.
