Help Jack Fight ALS

Jack is 69. He’s the kindest, most loving man—an amazing husband, and an awesome Dad, stepdad and uncle. He is the father figure who raised my nephews from ages 5 and 7. He is the best brother-in-law and everyone who knows him loves him.

A true country boy from Mississippi, Jack loves to fish… and ALS is taking that all away.

This cruel disease will slowly steal his ability to walk, speak, and care for himself. His mind will stay strong, but his body will fail. Jack now needs a wheelchair full-time and constant care.

We’re raising funds to help Jack live as comfortably and independently as possible. He would never ask for help himself—so we’re asking for him.
