Hello family and friends,

As most of you know our sweet Jack (my nephew, the youngest son of my sister Deborah Moss) has faced incredible medical challenges. Almost 2 years ago, he needed heart surgery and a kidney transplant. Unfortunately he became critically ill and was unable to have either. He spent 4 months in the hospital, where we almost lost him. He has been on dialysis three days a week since. It has taken the almost two years to get him healthy enough for his heart surgery which needed to be done before the kidney transplant. Jack finally had his open heart surgery on the June

18th, it was successful, was extubated, but contracted pneumonia and was intubated once again. He is in a critical state and once again expected to have an extended challenge in recovery. My sister Deborah is an amazing single Momma, who has trouble asking for help, so I’m doing it for her.
