Hi, my name is Jack. I have faced difficulties in the past, but nothing compared to the chapter I have just entered. For the last 14 years, I have been a single dad renting home after home, working hard to save enough to purchase my own, which I was finally able to do just a few months ago.

As some may know, I was recently admitted to the hospital due to kidney failure, which through testing, we discovered was caused by prostate cancer. I have currently been in the hospital for 22 days trying to get my kidneys back to healthy levels and have just started the dialysis process. With this new cancer diagnosis also comes many future treatments with details of that still to be decided with an upcoming appointment with the Oncologist. The combination of these illnesses will prevent me from working at this time, adding a financial strain to an already difficult situation. Additionally, my new home is an hour minimum away from all my treatment facilities Any donation, big or small, will go directly towards the treatment and care needed to get me back to full health.
