For Jackie’s parents

Jackie is starting this fundraiser for their father and mother as their family faces the heartbreaking reality of losing him. Jackie’s dad has been diagnosed with prostate cancer and bone cancer, and he has been given very little time left. Right now, the family is in the process of saying goodbye, and the pain of this moment is overwhelming. Jackie wants people to know that their dad is a very special man who taught his children so much in life. He taught them how to drive and ride motorcycles, took them riding on weekends, and gave his family memories they will hold onto forever. He worked most of his life for his family, rarely missed work, went to work every day, and never complained. Jackie wants people to know what an amazing man he is and that he worked all the way up until he was 73 years old. He is deeply loved by his wife of 56 years and by his five children, and he will be missed with all their hearts and souls.

As Jackie’s father reaches his final days, this fundraiser is to help ease the financial burden on Jackie’s mother during this devastating time and after his passing. Donations will help cover household bills, home expenses, doctor bills, and other financial needs so she has support while grieving the loss of her husband of 56 years. Jackie is asking anyone who is able to please consider donating in support of their father and, especially, to help their mother as the family prepares for this loss.
