Support Jackie Through Second Cancer Treatment!

Hi , my name is Jade and I’m fundraising on behalf of my kind and caring friend Jackie.

Unfortunately, she has been dealing with metastatic colon cancer. She had already undergone surgery and chemo and things looked so positive, but unfortunately the cancer came back this year. She is a selfless person in a profession dedicated to helping people. Due to the nature of her work and how the business runs, she can’t afford to take time off during chemo, and she cannot access her disability plan without 90 days unpaid. She can’t afford 90 days without income between office costs and life.

My friend is caught between a rock and an impossibly hard place. She is such a hardworking and dedicated human. Despite feeling miserable, she’s trying to give her all in her job, even if it means working nauseous and exhausted from her couch at home.

Listen, what she really needs is rest and to focus on healing, especially the weeks she has the chemo infusion. It has awful side effects. She needs extra help right now and has friends walking her dog, doing yard work, and running errands. Money shouldn’t be a stressor right now.

So please, can you help?!! She gives the shirt off her back to her friends, and I want to be able to help do the same. This is a good human who deserves a great life!
