In Loving Memory of Uncle Mike Hyde

It is with profound sadness and heavy hearts that we share the sudden passing of our beloved Uncle Mike on May 14th, 2025. His loss has left an immeasurable void in our lives and in the hearts of all who knew him.

Uncle Mike had a presence that was larger than life. He was the kind of man who could light up any room with his quick wit, infectious laughter, and generous spirit. His love for others was unmatched — he was always the first to show up when someone needed a hand, a laugh, or a shoulder to lean on.

A proud United States Marine, Uncle Mike carried that same sense of duty and dedication into his life and work. Though life threw him many curveballs, he never lost sight of his greatest passion: his family and building a legacy through his custom cabinet business. His wife , Jackie shared his passion as they worked together and alone to build their small business. This could not have happened at a worse time as they had just purchased a fixer-upper home and was renovating it to make it more accommodating for his disabled dad. His craftsmanship was a reflection of who he was — strong, detailed, and full of heart.

Beyond his business and his service, Uncle Mike’s greatest devotion was to his family. He leaves behind his loving wife, Jacqueline Hyde, and her three incredible children who adored him. Together, Mike and Jackie also selflessly cared for his stepfather, Errol, after a debilitating stroke — a testament to their compassion and unwavering commitment to family.

Today, Jackie is facing the unimaginable — the loss of her soulmate and life partner. She is left to navigate not only the grief of losing the man she loved deeply but also the financial burden that comes with such an unexpected tragedy.

We are asking for your support to help cover the costs of a funeral that Uncle Mike so greatly deserves and to give Jackie the time she needs to grieve without the added pressure of immediate financial strain.
