I am setting this up for a long-time friend of mine, Jackie Hollington and her precious family. Jackie and I graduated together back in 2003. I ran into Jackie and her husband, James, at Walmart a few months ago. Jackie is a mother of 3 boys (ages 7, 5, and 2) and has endured so much medically at the young age of 40. Due to all the surgeries she's had to have, she cannot work. This has taken a toll on the family mentally and financially. She has had to have all 5 toes removed on her right foot. She had a complete amputation of her left foot to enhance the quality of her life due to having a rare disease, Charcot disease. Last month, she underwent another surgery on her right foot. Please keep them in your thoughts and prayers during this time.
