Hi, my name is Jackie. I'm 38 years old, a wife, and the mother of three beautiful kids. Recently, I was diagnosed with stage 4 Hodgkin's lymphoma. What a devastating blow. I'm currently undergoing aggressive chemo and immunotherapy; this has made working very difficult. I've filed for temporary disability. In the meantime, I watch my family struggle. The burden this diagnosis has put on my family is starting to take its toll. I'm not one to usually ask anyone for help, but I don't know what else to do. I just need a little help to catch up on the bills and everyday essentials like food as we don't receive any assistance.
