Support Jackie Akers' Cancer Battle

Jackie Akers, 70 of Dublin has been diagnosed with a very aggressive stomach cancer that has spread to his bones and lymph nodes. His cancer is sadly terminal.Jackie is the provider to his 18 year old grand-daughter, and 17 year old grandson. He also lost his wife of 50 years a year ago. So now with him not being able to work he needs your help paying bills, any medical bills that may come along, paying for groceries and also to get funeral arrangements set up. Anything is greatly appreciated.
