Hi, my name is Julia Peruski and I am setting up this fundraiser to help my brother-in-law, Jack Van Sant, and my sister, Mary. They are needing help with medical and financial expenses after Jack was recently diagnosed with Aggressive Stage 3 Bladder Cancer. Jack has had multiple procedures since the beginning of this year, from bladder removal to bladder reconstruction. He started Chemotherapy two weeks ago instead of the immunotherapy. The plan is Chemotherapy for the next 5 months. 

This diagnosis is a devastating blow to his wife, kids, and the entire family. Jack is a veteran, father, and grandfather.
