The Savage family is facing an unexpected and very difficult trial. On Tuesday 11/18/25, their 3 1/2 year old son, Jack, was admitted to the Pediatric ICU and diagnosed with bacterial meningitis. He is receiving intensive treatment and continuous monitoring as his medical team works to help him heal.
Both parents are at the hospital as much as possible to be with him while also caring for their 7-week-old baby girl at home. This sudden crisis has placed a heavy financial strain on their family.
As their church family and community, we want to support them in every way we can. We trust in God’s unchanging goodness, even in the hardest circumstances. We hold to the encouragement in James 5:16, that “the prayer of a righteous person is powerful and effective.” We are praying continually for strength, comfort, and healing for this family.
If you feel led to give, your support will help with:
- Lost income
- Medical and hospital-related expenses
- Travel and meals during their PICU stay
- Childcare needs for their newborn
- Any ongoing therapy or care needed during recovery
Your prayers, encouragement, and generosity mean more than you know. Thank you for surrounding this family with love and for being a reflection of God’s goodness during this difficult season.
