Jack Lords is my Animal Companion for over 6 years now. I'm heartbroken and devastated with his escape from the dogsitters on the night of June 25th.

On June 26th, after searching around and putting up ads, I got a call from animal control that he was found but in bad condition with a limp leg that looks broken, a large dry skin patch on his back, and two missing teeth. So, once I received him, I went to the VCA Brickell Animal Hospital where they gave him a full check-up and I received a large expense vet bill.

On June 27th, my friend Jeff from the Animal Hospital Hallandale got me a discount for the x-rays and some meds. And it is confirmed he is fractured and needs full surgery on Monday. 

I need to raise $5000 more to cover the expense of his surgery and recovery.

So the total is $5000 but I already have $1000 that was raised on June 26th already.

Please help me, friends and family!!! My dog is limping and in pain.
