This is Jack my 16 year old cousin. He is a outstanding young man. So polite, so kind, he loves sports, hunting, the outdoors. All around a exceptional kid!

Unfortunately, he is facing the unimaginable as he prepares to lose his dad to cancer, after already losing his mom in August 2015.

His grandparents have been his main support system, but they too will need strength to help him through this difficult time. No child should have to endure the loss of both parents before reaching adulthood, and we are coming together to offer support, love, and assistance to this brave young soul.
