Our brother and friend Jabair was shot in a random act of violence over the weekend. He is alive and stable, and for that we are deeply grateful. But we want to be honest, the road ahead will be long and challenging. Jabair is facing an extended recovery that will require ongoing medical care and rehabilitation.

This has been a sudden and heavy burden for those of us who love him. The funds raised through this campaign will go directly toward Jabair’s uninsured care, recovery, and living expenses. It will also help ensure that Jabair receives the best possible care during this difficult recovery. Your support will help lift some of burden off the family so we can focus on being there for him.
