Hi everyone,

Sarah and Eric’s sweet dog, Izzy, was taken to the ER last night when she was unable to put weight on her legs, was not eating, shaking, and overall not herself. She has been diagnosed with a uterine infection that is making her dehydrated and ill. She requires emergency surgery to remove her uterus. Without this operation, the infection is life threatening and could lead to sepsis.

The surgery, medications, and follow-up care are expected to cost around $6k. It’s a big expense, and they are doing everything they can to help cover it. While they are too proud to ask, I know they need help to make ends meet to help get Izzy the care she deserves.

Izzy is such a loving, good girl. She’s always wagging her tail, greeting everyone she meets, acting like a big protector despite being 8 pounds, and bringing the best social media content to Sarah’s Instagram. She is the best side kick and never leaves Eric or Sarah’s side.
