Hello everyone! I have an amazing opportunity to serve on a mission trip with Encounter in Holland, Michigan! I will be serving with a group of other people in Encounter Ministries who all go to ISU, Live in the area or go to a college in the area! We will be in Holland from November 21st-25th.

We will be going to serve with Benjamin’s Hope and Renew Therapeutic Riding Center! At Benjamin’s Hope, we will assist with their Sunday Evening “All-Abilities” Service. Their All-Abilities Service is a church service for members of the congregation who have disabilities and special needs. We will also bake cookies for them! At Renew, we will be serving on a horse farm and have some manual labor projects lined up.

I have been able to make the downpayment to secure my spot of $100 but I’m just $175 away from being fully funded. This experience means so much to me, and I’m excited to serve, learn, and grow alongside others in meaningful ways.
