Support Ivy's Live-Saving Surgery

Donation protected
I (Jessica) found Ivy on the side of the road as a tiny puppy. I wasn't in the market for a puppy but she ended up sticking around and being one of the best things to happen to me. She was a naughty puppy, often referred to as Poison Ivy, but she matured in to a loving, loyal, sweet girl.
In 2022 Ivy was diagnosed with a Level III Mast Cell Tumor. We got her the treatment she needed and Ivy was placed into remission in the beginning of 2023.
In the middle of 2024 we noticed something not quite right with Ivy, and towards the end of 2024 Ivy was diagnosed with Cushing's disease. Although Cushing's isn't curable, through trial and error we have Ivy on the correct medication and she is able to live her normal life.
Last weekend Ivy started to get sick, and by end of day Monday, Ivy was staying in the ER Vet. We were then faced with the decision to perform surgery on Ivy as it looked like she had a blockage in her stomach. Justus and I wanted to give Ivy every fighting chance and decided not to give up on her. By end of day Wednesday Ivy was back home with us on her way to a hopefully speedy recovery.
Ivys vet bills for the week have been in excess of $7,000, if you feel so inclined we would greatly appreciate any help to cover this unexpected expense.
