Support Ivette's Fight Against Thyroid Tumor

Hello my name is Ivette everyone of my Family and Friends call me Chapis.

Long story short ..For the last several months I have been feeling Fatigue, Dizzy Spells, Severe Hand Trembling, Double Vision, Blurriness, Chest Palpitations and I thought “ok maybe it’s stress”….I went to get established with a primary care physician and decided to get a physical and have them check all my blood levels. 2 weeks later labs showed my calcium and vitamin D levels low and Thyroid levels abnormally high. They started me on a temporary thyroid medication to try to lower it down, they ordered more blood work, CT scan, MRI, Thyroid Ultrasound and an ECHO Ultrasound. Me having a high deductible and hardly goes to the doctors appointments I never got to meet my deductible so all of these bills and charges are coming Out Of Pocket.

One month and couple weeks later after being in the temporary treatment I did my follow up with the specialists doctors and the temporary medication treatment I was on was rejected from my body. Labs are worse and Thyroid Nodule that was found in my first ultrasound grew. My vitamins levels lowered more and made the Thyroid worse. No blood flowing was shown in the ultrasound and now we are in panick mode. The endocrinologist called her Top 2 Surgeons and they are booked out! But one was able to move her schedule around and fit me in for Monday April 7th for surgery. They are trying to get this nodule/tumor out before cancer starts taking over my body / organs.

I was notified all of the bad news Yesterday! Which gives me only Today Friday to come up with a plan. Since financial assistance is closed weekends.

I am trying to see if I even qualify for financial Assistance or a payment plan in Less than 24 hours.

Surgery is an arm and leg and having to know I will be off of work for some time is going to put me in a tough spot for bills.

I never thought I will ever have to ask for this kind of help. Never saw myself ever thinking I would be in this position of having cancer.
