My name is Ivette Jimenez. I am married & have 2 beautiful girls, ages 8 & 9. On the day of June 9th, 2024, my life changed forever. Some family friends & my family included went out to enjoy the beautiful day in our side by sides. Towards the end of our riding adventure, our side by side flipped over on my side. As an instinct, I stuck my hand out, causing my hand to get caught under the frame. As a result of this, I was rushed to the hospital where surgery after surgery, I had 3 fingers amputated & a permanent plate on my wrist. All on my right hand. After the surgery, I have very little mobility on my 2 fingers left, which are the index & thumb.

I am now looking into prosthetic fingers. As many people know, surgeries rack up pretty quickly. My husband is the sole provider of our home & the bills are adding up. I want to start this GoFundMe to help me get the prosthetic that I need to be there more for my daughters. I appreciate everyone who donates or even shares my story.
