This fundraiser is on behalf of my cousin, Ivan Aviles. He and his wife Gabriela and their 3 small children had to evacuate in the early hours of January 7th with only the clothes on their backs. Their home on Ventura Ave, right next to Charles White Park is now only ashes.

They escaped as embers flew around them and were not able to save anything. He has lost all of everything, including his tools which he uses to provide for his family.

Any help from the community to get them back on their feet in these devastating times would be greatly appreciated. If you are not able to donate, please share.

Esta recaudación de fondos es en nombre de mi primo, Iván Avilés. Él, su esposa Gabriela y sus 3 hijos pequeños tuvieron que evacuar en la madrugada del 7 de enero con solo la ropa que llevaban puesta. Su casa en Ventura Ave, justo al lado del parque Charles White, ahora es sólo cenizas.

Escaparon mientras las brasas volaban a su alrededor y no pudieron salvar nada. Lo ha perdido todo, incluidas las herramientas que utiliza para mantener a su familia.
