Updating this gofundme to ask for your help with the care of 22 Italian Greyhounds who were recently placed with us, needing dental care as well as spay and neuter surgeries, along with the other 17 in our program in Texas.

Thank you all for your concern and support!! You make IG rescue possible!

We are raising funds for the veterinary care for Italian Greyhounds needing rescue who come into our program. IG’s come into our program a number of ways. They may get lost and end up at a shelter or be found as a stray with no owner to reunite. They may be surrendered by loving families who have fallen on hard times or whose owners are deceased or moved to different living situations, or they may be surrendered after a leg break when the family realizes they can’t financially care for them. We’ve had a number of senior Italian greyhounds come back into care who were previously adopted from IGRF.

We are their safety net, we take care of their health and training needs and get them ready for adoption. Your donations mean that our volunteers can focus on the loving work of rescuing these precious Italian Greyhounds and not stress about whether we can pay for needed care. That care includes exams, vaccinations, heartworm tests and heartworm treatment when needed, fracture repairs, spay and neuter surgeries, dental procedures and more.

Thank you for your support and your donations and being a part of this wonderful mission!! IGRF is a 501(c)3 organization and your donations are tax charitable contributions.

We appreciate you!!
