Islamic Society of Nevada (ISON) Fundraising Appeal

Our masjid is more than a building. It is a home for faith, community, and hope.

For years, the Islamic Society of Nevada (ISON) has stood as a place where hearts find peace and souls reconnect with Allah. It is open every single day for the five daily prayers, echoing the call to worship that brings our community together.

During Ramadan, our masjid becomes a spiritual center for visitors and locals, with Taraweeh prayers, nightly reflections, and opportunities for unity. Throughout the year, it serves as the hub for community events, education, family gatherings, and moments of joy and healing.

Today, our masjid needs us.

THE URGENT NEED

To continue serving the community safely and sustainably, ISON must raise $300,000 to:

Repair the aging roof to protect the house of Allah

Renew and upgrade the solar panels for sustainable, cost-effective energy

Restore reliable air-conditioning and power systems to ensure comfort for elders, children, and worshippers—especially during Nevada’s intense heat

Without these critical repairs, the masjid’s ability to serve the community is at risk.

WHY YOUR SUPPORT MATTERS

This masjid is:

A place where children learn their first duas

A sanctuary where elders find comfort

A center where families gather

A space where faith is strengthened five times a day

When you give, you are not just fixing a roof or upgrading power, you are preserving a living legacy of worship and community service.

A SADAQAH THAT ENDURES

The Prophet ﷺ taught us that ongoing charity (sadaqah jariyah) continues to reward us even after we are gone. Every prayer offered, every verse recited, every heart comforted in this masjid will, by Allah’s mercy, be part of your reward.

STAND WITH YOUR MASJID

Whether you can contribute a little or a lot, every contribution brings us closer to our goal.
