Hi my name is Andy Rodriguez. Isleidy’s brother.
Dear family and friends,
Today, we gather to celebrate the life of a remarkable woman, Isleidy Solano Brito. Isleidy was not just a sister, a mother, daughter, a friend; she was a beacon of strength and resilience in our lives. Tragically, she was a victim of domestic violence homicide, a she was shot in her home in front of her grandmother. Her heartbreaking reminder of the struggles many face in silence. Please help us put her to rest, and relocate her grandmother and son to be near her family.
Her journey was filled with challenges, yet she faced each one with unwavering courage and grace. Isleidy had a unique ability to light up any room with her infectious laughter and warm spirit. She taught us the importance of kindness, compassion, and the strength of family. No matter the circumstances, she always found a way to uplift those around her, reminding us that even in our darkest moments, there is a glimmer of hope.
Isleidy leaves behind a beautiful young son, who, despite the challenges of autism, is a testament to her love and strength. She fought fiercely for him, and her legacy will live on through him. Her love for life was evident in everything she did, and she pursued her passions with fervor, inspiring us all to chase our dreams fearlessly.
As we remember Isleidy today, let us carry forward her legacy of love, strength, and resilience. May we honor her memory by living our lives as she did fearlessly and with love at the forefront. Though she may no longer walk among us, her spirit will forever remain in our hearts, guiding us and reminding us of the beauty of life. Whether through pain or depression.
Rest in peace, dear sister, my caramelo my jelly. You will be deeply missed but never forgotten. Your strength and love will continue to inspire us every day, especially in the life of your precious child.
