Donation protected
- On April 28th, Isiah was in a motorcycle accident, breaking the right leg, which included the femur, patella, tibia, fibia, and ankle. There were 2 compound fractures in the lower leg. He dislocated the left knee and fractured his left arm. The amazing surgeons at Yale were able to put the right leg back together again. He still requires another surgery on the left leg to repair the dislocated kneecap, which will be done this week, we hope! Then he will go from Yale to a rehab facility. Then he will come home. Anyone who knows Isiah knows he will give the shirt off his back to help you. He has a long road ahead of him: 12 weeks in a wheelchair due to no weight at all on the right leg. We have at least 4 months minimum before he can return to work. We are working on FMLA and his other insurance coverages, but he will still have car payments, student loans, and other bills. So, any little bit will help.
