My name is Laura (Gómez) Arenas. On the night of January 23, 2026, my brother-in-law, Isai Arenas (25), suffered a sudden medical emergency. It began with the "worst headache of his life," followed by nonstop vomiting and physical weakness.

At the hospital, we learned that Isai had suffered a hemorrhagic stroke caused by the rupture of an Arteriovenous Malformation (AVM). An AVM is a congenital, tangled web of blood vessels in the brain that often remains silent until it bursts. To save his life, Isai underwent an emergency craniectomy. 

Isai is a talented designer and the founder of Sanera, a Houston-based luxury brand built on craftsmanship and precision. He has always put his heart into his work, and now he needs our support as he begins the long journey of recovery.

Mi nombre es Laura (Gómez) Arenas. La noche del 23 de enero del 2026, mi cuñado, Isai Arenas (25 años), sufrió una emergencia médica repentina que comenzó con "el peor dolor de cabeza de su vida", vómitos incesantes y debilidad física. 

Al llegar al hospital, supimos que Isai sufrió un derrame cerebral hemorrágico causado por la ruptura de una malformación arteriovenosa (MAV). Una MAV es una conexión anormal y congénita de los vasos sanguíneos en el cerebro que, por lo general, no presenta síntomas hasta que se rompe. Para salvar su vida, Isai tuvo que ser sometido a una craniectomía de emergencia. 

Isai es el fundador y diseñador de Sanera, una marca de lujo con sede en Houston basada en la artesanía y la precisión. Siempre ha entregado su corazón a su trabajo, y ahora necesita nuestro apoyo mientras comienza su largo camino hacia la recuperación.
