I have created this gofundme for my Godson who was in a terrible accident on August 21st.

Thursday night, my 22 year old son was in an accident that left him severely injured. While riding a dirt bike, he was hit by a pick up truck that essentially made a left turn right into him. The impact of the accident resulted in a broken collar bone, shoulder blade, 3 spine fractures, several broken ribs and both hips broken. Immediately, he had a hole drilled in his knee to allow surgeons to add a weight to take the pressure off his right hip and then surgery on that hip and his pelvis. We are now expecting another surgery this week on his shoulder and collar bone. During the first surgery, he lost a good amount of blood and has been in the ICU since. Although he is improving, he is bed bound and will be for the foreseeable future while he is healing.

It is only by the grace of God that he made it through this accident without being paralyzed (or worse) however, the financial impact of this accident is already starting to take its toll on Isaiah and our family. Prior to this accident, Isaiah had a job working hard physical labor. At this point, there’s no ETA on when he will be able to work again, but even when he does, he likely wont be able to go back to that job. He has a long road of recovery and physical therapy ahead of him, which will include learning how to walk again.

We are asking for anyone who can find it in their heart and within their means to donate. Any amount helps and is very appreciated. Isaiah will likely have medical bills from this, not to mention every day bills piling up while he is out of work.

Above all else, please say a prayer for my son for a full and speedy recovery. He has a very strong faith in the Lord and we all believe God had a hand on him at the time of the accident. We thank everyone for the support during this time.
