Hi, I’m Isabel!

I’m a sophomore at James Campbell High School in Ewa Beach, and I have been selected as a National Youth Correspondent for the Washington Journalism and Media Conference (WJMC) this summer. This prestigious program recognizes students with outstanding academic records and a strong interest in journalism and media. Attending this conference will help me explore my passion for journalism, connect with industry professionals, and even earn college credit!

The conference will take place at George Mason University in Washington, D.C., where I’ll have the opportunity to participate in hands-on workshops, engage in discussions with media experts, and collaborate with top students from across the country. This experience will not only strengthen my leadership and communication skills but also help me make informed decisions about my future college and career path.

However, the tuition for this opportunity is beyond what my family and I can afford on our own. That’s why I’m reaching out to ask for your support. Any donation, big or small, will bring me closer to attending.
