My name is Isabel Idrogo and on Sunday, April 12, 2026, I was on my way to drop off my sibling in Mt. Juliet. Me, my sister, and my son were in the car when we saw a man walking

past my vehicle. He pulled out his firearm and told me to get out of the vehicle. He pointed the firearm at my head. I stood and reacted, and I used self-defense. My one-year-old was in the backseat. He took my son out of the car seat and put him on the grass. Me and my sister hopped out of the car and saw him drive away with my vehicle. I called the Lebanon Police Department, and they came within 6 minutes. The officer asked us questions. The whole neighborhood helped to try to find out who the man was. The neighbors said he was a suspect around Peyton Circle Apartments on Saturday, April 11, 2026, around 2:00 am behind my vehicle. Mt. Juliet Police Department and Lebanon Police Department later caught him in custody. I thank God for letting me live another day and to thank that me, my son, and my sister are safe.
