I am participating in the 2026 International Big Sur Marathon this April! In signing up for this race, I committed to raising $600 for the Big Sur Marathon Foundation. Since 1986, they have given back more than $6.7 million to the local community through their annual volunteer group donations, supporting schools, nonprofits, public safety, and environmental organizations throughout Monterey County.

My running partner-in-crime, Grace, and became best friends our freshman year of college, training for our first marathons together. Since, we have ran 3 races together. It only felt right to end our college careers with another marathon in one of the most iconic Californian landscapes, the coast of Big Sur.
