Isabella has worked hard the last 3 years to become a top female wrestler in California and the nation! She is the epitome of what hard work, determination, honesty, loyalty, good sportsmanship and respect can bring to an athlete.

On February 27, she placed 3rd in the 116 pound weight class at the 2022 California State High School Championships!! She wrestled against top-notch wrestlers from all over California, pinning 5 of her 6 competitors and only had 1 point scored against her. She is the first female wrestler in Dixon to become a California State placer and hold a national ranking.

However, her work is not yet done before she looks to begin college in the fall. She has several upcoming tournaments to help her prepare for a rigorous college career in wrestling. Her next two tournaments will be the USA National High School Recruiting Showcase - California Qualifier in Temecula, CA on March 11 and the 2022 US Open: Girls National High School Recruiting Showcase in Las Vegas, NV on April 26.

Isabella hopes to continue helping pave the way for future female wrestlers.
