Hi, my name is Hannah. I am a friend of Isaac and Natasha Posey.

I am running a GoFundMe to help them out as Isaac recovers from open heart surgey.

First, some good news: Isaac is home from the hospital! Today marks 2 weeks since the surgery. The valve replacement was a success and he is now in the recovery period.

Being at home hasn't been as easy as Isaac thought it was going to be. He's had some challenges and has been painfully reminded of how weak and immobile he really is. Having a call button for a nurse at the hospitial was a bigger deal than he realized.

Natasha is doing an amazing job taking care of Isaac. Unfortunately, her job has just changed in such a way that she does not have the ability to take sick time or paid time off.

We are asking for help with that. If Natasha can have a week where she can focus on caring for Isaac and isn’t worried about balancing work and care, then Isaac will hopefully be at a better place to be able to be more independent for short periods while she goes in the other room to work.

The surgery was expensive. That coupled with the cost of regular life is a bit much for this dear couple to financially handle.

So let's help them.

$1200 would cover a week of work for Natasha and allow her to care for Isaac full-time.
